Ms. Kinzel demonstrates a remarkable love for her subject matter in each of her works. Her talent for capturing the essence of architectectural structure coupled with attention to detail results in a creative and expressive work of fine art. Largely self-taught, Ms. Kinzel started with painting home portraits for friends and acquaintances. Her services rapidly became in demand by those who saw her art. Her recent works include some of historic nineteenth century buildings in the village of Homewood Junction, Beaver County, Pennsylvania and encompass the first piece and second piece of a planned three painting series of the circa 1863 St. Cloud Hotel in that borough. She is presently producing a composition of the St. Cloud Hotel from photographs taken during the late 1800s. The final pice in the series will be accomplished after the complete restoration of the building into a planned bed & breakfast. It is Ms. Kinzel's intent to eventually produce a work of art for each of the nineteenth century buildings located in Homewood Junction with the goal of helping to promote the historic importance of the village. With this in mind, she already include in her portfolio a spectacular view of the village's Methodist Church, built in 1869.
